Experience from Teresita :
"It's a good shape to learn English "

 

    Teresita Ferré Karger is a student from Colegio Institución Teresiana and she went for an interchange to Canada to learn English. We talked with her about this trip, and she said:

 

—How much time were you there?

I stayed in Canada for two months and a week

 

—What did you learn?

I learned so much about the people of Canada, and of course a lot of English.

 

—What was your favorite experience in Vancouver?

Well, every thing , because Vancouver is so cool and beautiful. It’s wonderful and there are very interesting places.

 

—Was it different in comparison to Chile?

Yes, because everything is cleaner, on time and there aren’t  crimes, but I prefer Chile.

 

—How was the experience for you?

It was very nice and funny because I met a lot of people and I had fun with English, it was a great experience.

 

—How many people were in the trip with you?

I travelled with four friends from school, they are my best friends.

 

—Did you make friends there?

 Yes, in the  school where I was I made a lot of friends, they helped me with the homework and with English and, I learned  so much with them.

 

—Is the weather cold in Canada?, What did you do to live with this weather?

Well, the weather was very cold so  I bought special clothes and of course I had a lot of coffe.

 

—Do you think  the exchange is a good idea to learn English?

Yes, of course, it's a good shape to learn English because you open your mind and in one day you will start speaking English by yourself.

 

Teresita is happy with this experience, she would like to go back to Vancouver to see her friends and learn a bit more  English.
